another wednesday afternoon, another blog entry... coincedence? you be the judge of that. its been an altogether fairly normal week, despite going to see a wrestling match at lunchtime today!!!can't wait for the weekend, gotta work loads, and gotta get my college stuff done an all.

first week back in college

ah yes,
back among the land of the studes. cans o dutch gold, sausage beans and chips and tappin the arse of someones fag when you're stuck. i missed those halycon days when i was out in the big bad real world. Now that i'm back here among the generation of the future, i'm not leaving. Its great craic!
Today in college we played a teamwork game in our creative lab. the object of the game was to construct the highest tower using only A4 paper and paperclips! Unfortunately while all was looking great, we couldn't get our spire ( which was gonna bring home the fabulous top prize of blank cd's and pens!!) to stay on top of our building.
But we worked together as a team, and despite some cheating from the other teams, we managed a creditable second place and we recycled all the used paper like the conscientious fine young men that we are. As soon as they start handing out degrees for that i'll be Prof. Dermot Motherway....
